The Answer phone set up at this surgery is the worst set up I have ever experienced and its a miracle that the mental hospitals in Epsom are not full of folks who got bounced around that system whilst gradually collapsing in a heap on the floor with frustration. How come my surgery;s system is so good (I am up in Lancaster) and yet when I try to order my sisters medication by phone (she has Alzheimer's and due to really swollen feet at the moment is unable to get out) it is so hard. Someone down there please check the whole bonkers system of messages - please! Oh and on here - The star button choice of questions do not have a "not relevant" choice so I had to choose any star to actually finish the review. Oh and why do the doctors press the button on their phones so that the call gets straight to the answer phone and not ring? I know they do it - its all written about on Google but why is just beyond me.

I recently changed doctor to Dr Ruby Pathmanathan. Her first unpleasant task was to tell me I had diabetes. She has been superb in her dealings with me. She really has the personal touch and I feel we are in this together and she's really looking out for me. Thank you doctor.

I have only praise for the Dr's at rhe surgery but the telephone system and booking appointments is appaling. On 4 separate occasions this week I was on hold for 20 minutes then gave up, on one occasion the call was cut off after waiting 12,minutes. This is not acceptable and especially difficult when calling during work breaks. Eventually I called into the surgery to book my blood test which is not available on line despite having to listen to a recorded message telling you that you can book an appointment on line! The telephone service needs to be improved as it is letting down patients and a great team of GP's.

Not happy with this surgery. Keep seeing different locums who are not really looking after the patient. They took ages to discover that my wife had retained placenta!
